Shipping Policy
Production Time
Every item at Hebrew Collective is made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for your item to be produced before it ships. During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events), production may take slightly longer, and we'll do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping Rates (U.S. Domestic)
We offer flat-rate shipping based on your order total:
- Orders up to $49.99: $5.99
- Orders $50.00-$89.99: $7.99
- Orders $90.00 and up: $9.99
Shipping Rates (International)
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size.
Delivery Time
Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 5 business days within the U.S., and longer for international orders depending on destination and customs processing. Total time from order to delivery is production time plus transit time.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 10 business days of ordering, please reach out to us at hebrewcollective@gmail.com.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we're happy to help however we can if this happens.
